Honey Fruit Salad

How to make Honey Fruit Salad


           Fresh oranges, bananas, strawberries, apples and grapes combined with a dressing makes this a cool and refreshing treat on a hot summer day. Don't tell anyone, but I let everyone have their share so I get the bottom of the bowl with the sweet cocktail of all the fruit juices!!


Healthy Honey Fruit Salad




Makes:10 servings

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon orange juice
4 medium oranges, peeled and sectioned
3 medium bananas, sliced
2 medium apples, sliced & cut in half
1 cup strawberries, cut in half
1 cup seedless green grapes

1. In large bowl, mix honey and orange juice until it's blended.
2. Add oranges, bananas, strawberries and grapes; toss gently to mix.

Tip: To take this salad on the road, you could skip on the bananas & apples or use sugar or lemon juice to prevent browning. Prepare all the ingredients separately and when you arrive at the get-together simply toss all ingredients.
